We thank God for starting this daily devotionals with us and I am sure God will use it so much to help us in living each day to please God. Amen

Topic: God is not a man

Text: Numbers 23:19

“God is not a man, that he should lie; neither the son of man, that he should repent: hath he said, and shall he not do it? or hath he spoken, and shall he not make it good?”(Numbers 23:19)

Today God wants to encourage us using this bible passage. Many times we find ourselves in situations that it looks like God has forgotten His promises for us, but God is reminding us again that He is God, He is not man, when he speaks, He makes it to come to pass. God is telling us that He does not lie like human beings. More over, all powers is in his hands to do whatever He has promised that He will do. sometimes, humans promise us but they are unable to fulfill it because of their inabilities that doesn't happen with God.

The only thing that can cause hindrance between us and the fulfillment of God's promises is sin. 

Today God is calling out again that we should give our hearts to Him to take charge and lead us in the journey of life in the path we will not live to regret wrong decisions. 

It is easy to take God into our hearts, all we have to do is confess our sins, renounce them and invite Jesus Christ to come and be the Lord in our lives. By so doing, our thought and decisions are continually controlled in ways that will please God thereby saving us from destructions that come with disobeying God.

Prayers 

1. O God please come and dwell in my heart, I renounce all the ways I have been living to displease you in Jesus name. Amen.
2. O God please give me the grace to wait on You for the fulfillment of Your promise in my life in Jesus name. Amen.
