Deuteronomy 31:6-8King James Version
6 Be strong and of a good courage, fear not, nor be afraid of them: for the Lord thy God, he it is that doth go with thee; he will not fail thee, nor forsake thee.
7 And Moses called unto Joshua, and said unto him in the sight of all Israel, Be strong and of a good courage: for thou must go with this people unto the land which the Lord hath sworn unto their fathers to give them; and thou shalt cause them to inherit it.
8 And the Lord, he it is that doth go before thee; he will be with thee, he will not fail thee, neither forsake thee: fear not, neither be dismayed.
Notes
God must have love us so much that He is sending this words of encouragement to us again today. May God's name be praised.
Hagar the wife of Abraham when she was sent out of Abraham's house and the food and water finished in the wilderness and she was crying that the child Ishmael should not die, an angel appeared to her that showed her a well which she and her son drank from and they lived, she called the angel, the God that sees me. The purpose of going to church or reading any post that has gospel of Jesus attached to it is so that the God that sees us in our most secret and inner self can address us and address our situations to give us life and comfort in every part we need just like God attended to Hagar when no one was there to assist her.
I am here to tell you this message is for you. Maybe you are already giving up, you are thinking God has forgotten about you because of the weight of what you are passing through, God says He has not forgotten you, every time God is working things out to give us a better life because His thoughts for us are thoughts of good and not evil to give us an expected end. God wants to do it for us but He needs to clear hindrances and He needs to destroy the powers that won't allow the blessings to stay long with us that is why it usually look as if it is taking too long. God is always on time. He is never too early and He is never too late. Maybe His plans for you are so big that it needs lots of preparations.
God says He will never leave you nor forsake you, meaning He is always with you. God is not like human being that leave us in difficult times and come to us when everything is fine. God says whenever, every time He will never leave us. I pray with this words you are comforted in Jesus name. Amen. I also pray you are able to experience God and feel God even in your situation in Jesus name. Amen. Holy Spirit the great Comforter begin to stay with you and show you the positive things you need to see in your life right now. Amen.
Prayers
- O God that sees me, I thank You for sending Your words of comfort to me this morning that You will never leave me not forsake me, please be glorified.
- O God please let me always feel your presence every time it looks like I am getting discouraged and getting weighed down or feeling maybe you have forsaken me, let Your sweet promise continue to ring in my ears to remove every depression and anxiety. Amen.
