“For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end.”

Today God has an encouraging word for us. God wants us to know that He is working it out. You might have been praying and it looks like heaven is closed and the replies are not forthcoming, God says He it is not true, heaven is not closed, heaven is opened upon the prayers, the replies are on the way. We remember when Daniel started to pray, the angel to deliver his answer was already on the way from the first day. Same with us too. Whenever we pray for anything, God hears, God answers, God sends angels to deliver what we pray for. Just like in Daniel's case, the prince of Persia delayed Daniel's Angel from getting to him and God sent an angel of war to fight and remove the hindrance. Daniel never knew about this but God knows. Same with us too, when we pray for something and God sends replies, there are some forces that can be standing on the way saying we should not get our blessings, that is why Jesus commands us to pray until our joy is full. God is fighting the forces for us. Those people or places they are saying it is not possible for us to rise and shine, God is fighting and scattering their evil counsels against us, God is raising helpers of destiny that will bless us and God's name will be glorified. 

Having a blessing and losing it is not always a good thing, that is why those forces need to be dealt with, in another way, having a blessing and not able to maintain it is not good also, that is why there are some things God needs to put in place before the final answer we asked for. So that when the blessings come we can be able to maintain it. 

Our text today says, God's thought for us is for good. God didn't create Adam until He has created garden, foods, water to make Adam survive. That is how much God cares. And it is one of the reasons God forbid us to seek blessings from the power of darkness or Egypt or even false prophets today, they will do everything using their evil powers to pull a blessing that God has not prepared us for to come to us by force, then it becomes problems when we can't maintain it. Or when it becomes an embarrassment to us. God's plan is to give us an expected end. That is something we have and we don't regret, or wish we don't have. God's blessings add no sorrow to it. It gives us comfort. May God help us to trust God's plan for our lives. Amen. 

Prayers

1. O God I thank You for speaking to me today and comforting me that You are working good things out for me and Your thoughts for me are of good to give me an expected end that is a blessing that gives me comfort and not embarrassment. 
2. O God please give me grace to always think on these Your promise whenever my heart wants to be troubled that maybe You have forgotten me. I also pray God, please send answers to my prayers speedily, remove every hindrance to the answers of my prayers in Jesus name. Amen.
